DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION
UK Standard Delivery:
Under £50 – £4.50
Under £100 – £9.50
Under £150 – £14.50
Special or Large items will need a transportation quote. Please call before placing your order.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, generally the next working day (please note that orders placed after midday on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday – if you need a quick delivery please contact us by phone on 07795 225283.
Orders take between 3-5 days and are sent either by Royal Mail recorded delivery or with a courier company.
We do ship internationally, however please contact us for postage rates and to place your order.
Loss and Damages
We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our couriers. If you parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on 07795 225283
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event of a return you will be responsible for all postage costs
One off pieces of furniture and personalised or custom made goods once ordered can not be returned or exchanged.- this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone.
You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address and should damage occur in return transit it is your responsibility.
To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to email@example.com – All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
